Interview
In comparison to some other companies, the interview process at Hubspot does seem to be a little longer. However, I must say that each stage has been well-designed so that while Hubspot is interviewing me, I am getting to know Hubspot as well. At the same time, the process/arrangement was super efficient and subsequent results of each stage came back really quickly (so that helps with the lengthiness).
For any candidates interviewing, do some research on Hubspot and their products. When answering questions, try your best to use examples relevant to you and your experiences.
Shoutout to the HR team in Singapore, especially Virlyn and Yuan - their lightning speed response and their warm hospitality really made the interview process much more delightful.

It is a 5 step interview process, with the 1st one being a phone screening, then a video call/interactive assignment, and then finally three 30 minute back to back interviews for the 3rd and final round.

Three rounds:
-Screening with recruiter
-Technical (live troubleshooting with a manager)
-Behavioral (3-30 minute interviews with managers)
The recruiter offers prep sessions before the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Take advantage of them as they’ll explicitly walk you through how to prepare.
Long hiring process; about 3 to 4 rounds in total. First was with HR for screening call. She was very friendly and professional. Good experience and she even gave me feedback post-interview to help me improve.
