Video screening, followed by an HR screening. Next there's an interview with a hiring manager. I pulled myself out of consideration at this point because I decided the job was no longer a good fit for me. But the next steps were a final interview, which included a product demo.
The role seemed to be more focused on customer service, rather than sales, which is why I opted out.
They are definitely looking for people who want a long term sales career (so make this clear) and have a sense of humility. Show a passion for putting the customer first and being an ambassador for the brand. Also make sure you know the Inbound methodology.
It took very long for HR to get back to me in each round. I was told at every stage that I would hear back on the following Friday, I never did. I had to reach out each time and ask whether I had been moved forward. Juggling lots of different companies and other offers with deadlines - this was definitely frustrating.
