HubSpot Channel Account Manager interview questions

The phone screen was great. I really liked the recruiter and she left a positive impact on me. However, the next interview did not leave me with that feeling. For a position like this, I would think they'd come up with better questions instead of those typical scenario questions. Look at my resume, ask me about my experience, and not "what would I do in this situation...", or "how did I handle a tough time...". Hubspot highlights their culture so heavily and there was nothing in this interview that I felt honored that. This interview was very elementary and the interviewee was so uninterested and belittling throughout our call.

The person that interviewed me had done an awful job. My Phone call was scheduled for 6:15 and I received no call or email. I then emailed the recruiter at 6:27 ( If I didn't email the recruiter I would have never received a phone call) . The recruiter replied : Would you mind sending me a number that works? I tried calling you. I made a test call to my phone it worked fine. She called me a 6:32.
