I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Honeywell (Bengaluru) in Feb 2021
Interview
I got call from HR and then interview scheduled as 2 rounds were there on same day.
First round went good than got confirmation that shortlisted for 2nd round and than 2nd interview was comparatively more easier and I have answered all questions and 2nd round was also good.
And in the end of 2nd round, interviewer told he will get back to me.
I expected that I have been selected since 2nd round was also good and interviewer told he will get back to me.
But didn't received any feedback even after weeks and finally I call hr and than hr said you were not shortlisted.
What a waste of time it was, despite of good interview they rejected. If they have to consider some other factors while selecting than why taking interview and wasting candidates time

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell in Jun 2021
Interview
I interviewed for a software engineer role at Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix.
First was an SMS text based "interview" to gather basic candidate information.
Then, I completed a take home HackerRank assessment with one programming question that was probably a LeetCode easy and given 45 minutes to complete.
After that I had a 30min phone screen with the engineering manager. He was very friendly and mostly asked about my resume, past experience, etc.
Finally I had an hour long interview with the manager from before and 3 other engineers from the team. They asked me a lot more questions about my background, experience, and projects and gave a short slide show presentation about their work. At the end they told me it was the final interview and I would hear back in a few weeks. I haven't heard anything back yet.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about my experience with code reviews, how I would go about reviewing a coworker's pull request, if I ever have had to use a checklist to review code, etc.
