1) First round was an online test that consisted of MCQs based on OOPS, DS, Aptitude, DBMS, and 2 programming questions (very easy). Around 100+ students were selected for the next round. I was one of them.

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Murten) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview process was hosted by Hays personnel (big shoutout of appreciation for Lukasz), and attendees were from Honeywell.
I applied online, and soon enough, after my first interview - with three engineers, that were already part of the team - I was rejected due to the lack of experience in a particular area of interest, but after two weeks they came back to me to continue the process.
Then, an interview with the Hiring Manager, mr. Slavisa.
Then, an interview with the Senior HR BP, mrs. Branka.
Then, an interview with the Director of Engineering, mr. Trevor.
The, the final interview with the Senior Engineering Manager, mr. Sebastien.
Everything went on since mid April to mid September, when I was informed that, while I passed all of the interviews, there was an internal policy in the company that states that they would not allow a relocation package and would not apply for a working permit.
There wasn't any relocation package offered anyway, so I think that there were some internal company politics which should've been brought up from the get go.
Overall a good experience, but with a disappointing end, lost of trust and wasted time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General and detalied questions about software development, how I've worked out difficult scenarios, best practices, motivation, career path, and the oldie, but goldie "where do you see yourself in 5 years time?" question.
