I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Honeywell (Chennai) in Feb 2012
Interview
Includes 4 levels of discussion.
Level1: Technical Panel - Basic technical information is discussed. They seem to try to understand if i qualify or not within 10 minutes. If we cater to the expectation interview flows up to 30 minutes.
Level2: Technical discussion with Senior Technical people. Much difficult and more technical questions are asked. They try to check the depth. Need not worry. Try to answer to the depth you can. You are free to say I dont know. and is not a mistake. People try to scrutinize in the areas you say you are strong.
Level3: Managerial round: More personal, emotional, ethical questions, scenarios you will be able to see. Since its a product company, they try to make sure, if the candidate is selected, how long he would stay. You have to provide honest answers else, they are ready to reject.
Level 4: HR Round. Some emotional and technical questions. And salary discussions.

They would ask questions only related to mostly what you have worked
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Honeywell (Bengaluru) in May 2016
Interview
Interview is good, I got call through their staffing agency, I was able to manage first and second technical discussions, it was more think tank kind of questions that you generally tricky to answer if u don't prepare well.Unfortunately did not clear Manger discussion,The questions that were asked in managerial round were the easy ones compared to technical discussions, but its just that timing was not good.I just did not do better than i did in the previous rounds. I was concentrating more on my personal goals rather than my professional goals(which i felt i should not have done), More importantly i lost 2 working day leaves to attend interview, which i felt very bad.
