I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Honeywell in Oct 2014
Interview
We were hired through Campus Recruitment. The budding chemical engineers were given an opportunity to participate in the hiring process. There were 3 rounds on campus and a fourth HR round on phone. The first one was Online Test. It tested our basic Mathematical ability (Basic Stuff), English and Chemical Engineering concepts. The second round was a group discussion. We were allowed to come up with an topic of our own and discuss on the same. The third round was a Technical Interview round. Questions related to Chemical Engineering were asked. The questions were thought provoking. The interviewers were really kind and friendly and it was more like a "get to know each other" kind of an discussion. It was a beautiful experience. The fourth round was a HR round over phone. The questions asked in a very comforting and friendly way. It basically tested how interested are you to join the company and if you could do justice to the job.

The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. It started with an online coding assessment to evaluate problem-solving and programming skills. Candidates who cleared the assessment proceeded to the technical interview, where questions were asked on Data Structures and Algorithms, programming concepts, and project experience. This was followed by an HR discussion focusing on communication skills, teamwork, and career goals. Throughout the process, the interviewers were professional and supportive, and the experience provided a good opportunity to showcase both technical and interpersonal skills.
