Interviewed on campus. Mostly fit/behavioral question. Interview process was fairly laid back. Be ready to go through your resume. What is your greatest achievement, a time you faced difficulty in a leadership position, etc. Only one technical question in the end.

There was one on campus interview and then the second round was two interviews in the Morris Plains office. They gave a tour of the office and got to have lunch with two people who are in the Finance Leadership Program.

I had submitted my resume through my university career website and was selected for an interview. The interview consisted of two people asking behavioral questions along with one technical. The behavioral questions revolve around the manufacturing industry and about product development. The technical question was a journal entry question, fairly simple.
