I was interviewed at my university (Manipal) through campus placements. Honeywell visited our campus in late August. The process was supposed to have 3 rounds, but we only went through 2: Online Test and Technical Interview. The online test mainly consisted of basic EEE-related questions (which was surprising since it wasn’t directly relevant to our branch). Topics included things like Faraday’s law, Moore’s law, etc. Out of around 400 students who appeared, 90 were shortlisted for the interview. We received the test results in about 4 days. The interview was a mix of technical and HR. My interviewer was very chill and made sure I felt comfortable before starting. The type of questions varied a lot depending on the interviewer—so even for the same role, different candidates faced very different sets of questions.

Simple behavioral questions, no technical questions asked. After two weeks, I was offered a position. It was an hour long interview and there were three people asking me questions. they took turns asking me questions.
