I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Honeywell (Bengaluru) in May 2022
Interview
Interview scheduled by the HR team
First round was video interview, which went well and the person who took the interview was kind and made me comfortable in answering the questions. Overall a good experience for the first round
Second round was taken by some person who was having 22 yrs of experience in Honeywell and was not that comforting to attend to. Overall the interview was OK for me but then the guy rejected on a silly reason.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Bengaluru) in Nov 2017
Interview
They never asked a specific question which was technically related to my skill set. All the question they asked were like pretty basic. Initially they shortlisted for a position by taking some 2 rounds. But soon after they got back saying my exp is less for the role.
So again they started the process for some other role. Yes again from first round. It took 4 more rounds for me to clear the process again.
After the discussion I got a call that the, they are ok with the expectations. Now again after 2 weeks I was informed that the expectation was too high. After that I took couple of follow ups but no response at all.
In a nutshell my interview process with honeywell lasted for 3 months. Freakin 3 months!! But after that not getting any updates and I withdrew my candidature from the position.
Pathetic experience. I would not recommend at all.
