Pretty straightforward. It was a new location so we interviewed at a hotel, it was an individual interview with people waiting in the lobby for their turn. After the interview they basically let me know that I would be hired.

Kind employees, however, the questions were challenging. They definitely wanted to make sure that we would be able to work in a team environment and prioritize the store. It seems like they are open to bringing on people without prior retail experience.
