Interview
Very Simple interview process. It took about 20 minutes, if that. I was asked very basic questions, and was comfortable asking a few of my own. The manager was very pleasant and explained the duties of the job thoroughly. knew exactly what I was getting into when I started on my first day.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HomeGoods (Austin, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
The whole process was pretty simple. Filled out an application, had a mini-interview on the spot by manager. Then I received a call within a couple of days from the hiring manager, went in for a 1-on-1 interview. It was quick and fairly easy. Previous retail experience was not necessary but reputable, reliable references (3) are important in the hiring process. After a couple of more days, I followed up in reference to my work references and I was offered the position on the spot.
