Interview
I had to apply in person. I submitted the application to the manager who asked me a few questions about my work experience. She called me the same day to set up an interview. I then had to wait 2 weeks for her to call my references (the one I worked I worked at the longest) and I received a call saying I had the job.

Interview
Overall it was a good, comfortable experience. I had 2 interviews with 2 different managers. For both I wore a modest skirt and blouse. All the questions were what would you do in a particular situation? From the day I turned in my application to the day I got hired it took exactly a week.
