You submit your application online, then one of the managers from the store will call you to schedule an interview. When that day comes, you walk into the store and find one of the other employees to tell them you have an interview and if they can radio the manager. Then you go into the break room or manager's office for the interview.

It was a virtual online interview. It starter by me introducing myself and then moved onto number of questions. Previous experience in the role & what new things can you bring to the role.
