The interview process involves general questions related to job performance. No out-of-the-ordinary questions and a very smooth and easy process. They most likely will hire anyone that meets qualifications on application.

How would you respond to a customer that is asking for help?
It was pretty straightforward, they'll ask basic questions to make sure you have good communication skills. As long as you have good interpersonal skills you should be fine. I will say it heavily depends on the interviewer but from my experience, it wasn't bad at all, especially if you share similar hobbies/interests with your interviewer.
