I applied online. I interviewed at HomeGoods (Gig Harbor, WA)
Interview
Laid back, lots of information, friendly, seemed a little passive aggressive about meeting quotas, wants you to be very flexible with work hours and positions. Sometimes was very corporate too, a lot of pride for the company if that makes sense.

One on one conversation with employer and it was very laid back and chill. It was super direct and fairly straightforward. Definitely one of the easier interviews I have had. It was great for someone looking for a first job.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HomeGoods (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Very friendly and positive interview. Employers were very nice and welcoming. Wanted to learn more about myself and how can I contribute to the team. Didn't take long for me to get hired, stayed for over 2 years.
