After seeing an open position online, I turned my resume in to a Manager I knew. He forwarded it to HR, who called me in for an interview. I interviewed face to face with the HR director, then two of the Managers. We went on a tour of the building. I got called back the next week to look over an offer letter.

Hiring Manager was polite, but overworked. I went in for "Display Coordinator", but it is a glorified stock person position, paying just above minimum wage, not as described in the origiinal ad. Submitted a resume, completed an application, and was called for an interview.
