I applied through a recruiter who had reached out to me. I went through phone screening interview with the recruiter, online interview with one of the managers, then two sets of offline interviews that lasted 90 minutes. While they expected I would receive a final result in 48 hours, HR ghosted me. When I asked for an update, all they said was that they needed more time to review. No response after 2 months. I was surprised because I thought they were respectful enough to tell me if I did not get the job.
