They interview online by platform and it was recorded before. I had three minutes to think and then three minutes to answer. So the questions didnt been so hard and one have really long time to think what to answer.

The first step I received an Online personality test by mail. Then the next day, I received HR first call. After one week, the Hiring Manager interviewed me. The 3 steps were done in 1 week, It was efficient.
