I had a very good experience in the interview process. After applying I got an invite to a phone interview very quickly. Only had one phone interview but it was very professional but still personal. I got quick feedback after the phone call and also received information on why I did not get an offer.

erster Kontakt per Telefon, dann mit der Führungskraft per Teams und dann nochmal mit Teilen des Teams persönlich getroffen, alles in allem sehr gute Atmosphäre und schneller Prozess. Nur Aufgrund eines besseren Angebots dagegen entschieden, sonst sehr zu empfehlen

Interview
Lengthy phone interview (1.5 hours) with recruiter approx. 4-6 weeks after applying. Very informative in terms of learning about the business and stakeholders as well as testing my reasons for applying. Questions were extremely detailed and specific, particularly around my employment history. This was followed by in person interview with exiting HRBP (whose role this was replacing) & business stakeholder conducted at a hotel near their site.
