It was an online interview, it was friendly and it is enough to be yourself. The job was in the Netherlands, they told me they can not offer me the position because I don't have the visa.

Interview
There were 3 interview sessions and several meetings with the HR. Hilti was so professional in the interview process and I was so close to move to the Netherlands. Unfortunately, due to the COVID restrictions for flights I could not fly in and missed the opportunity.
