Interview
Straight forward introductory phone call. The initial interview was with talent acquisition. Prepare yourself to answer questions about your background and your career choice. The second interview was longer and detailed. Prepare yourself to answer a lot of questions about your motivation and how do you fit with the organisation and the role. The third interview was a virtual ride because of the lockdown (usually it is a day ride with an AC). You can ask anything you want about the role in this interview. The last interview was conducted by the Sales Director and the Regional Manager. By that time you should have a clear idea about your role and what is expected from you as an AC. This is your chance to show why Hilti should recruit you. You should get a clear outcome after this interview usually on the same day.

Interview
They typically start with a phone interview, which is essentially a screening step to filter out most candidates. I would advise applicants to approach this company with caution. Based on my experience, they do not seem genuine about hiring and appear to be continuously pooling candidates. I have applied three times since 2021, and the same pattern repeats—constant job postings, no real progress, and their “pooling” cycle almost always begins in December.
I have also attempted to follow up with their hiring team several times, but they either ignore the email or send an automated response claiming that I withdrew my application—which I did not. So, please be careful when applying to this company.

Interview
Professional but long. Expect 4-5 rounds but keep in mind they pick the best people. Questions are behavior and technical. Construction experience always a plus. Interview process mainly with HR and Area sales managers. Expect to meet many people then the one who like you will hire you.
