Dinámico y amables. Preguntas concretas y muy directas. Parece que buscan que tengas experiencia mínima y que te desenvuelvas bien en inglés para la realización correcta del trabajo. Fue una charla más que una entrevista súper estructurada

First I completed an online Form. Shortly after that I got invited to do an online video interview consisting of recording my answers to various questions. Finally I had a Teams Interview with the core team I am going to work with. After that I got a call back to talk about the contract.

Ich hatte ein einseitiges Interview auf Englisch. Die Plattform war verwirrend und unangenehm zu benutzen. Ich hatte drei Fragen, die alle ziemlich allgemein waren. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung in Ordnung. In einem einseitigen Interview ist es einfacher, ruhig zu bleiben, weil man einfach mit seinem Handy spricht. Allerdings habe ich danach kein Feedback erhalten.
