I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HUGO BOSS (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process was made in 3 (one-one) steps with different managers. Normally, they start the process by scheduling an interview with Sales Manager to check your experience in sales and resume review. After that, in case they would like to proceed, the candidate will be required to make a second interview (sometimes with a GM or still with a Sales Manager) to test your knowledge. The last interview is made by the GM where will be focused in how you will add value to the company and behaviour scenarios.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at HUGO BOSS (Wallisellen) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was overall very pleasant and well organized. After submitting my application online, I was quickly invited to a personal interview. The conversation was friendly and professional, with questions about my motivation, previous experience, and typical sales situations. The atmosphere was open and respectful, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Overall, it was a transparent and fair experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at HUGO BOSS (Melbourne) in Jan 2026
Interview
I was sent an email with an invite for a one sided video interview. It asked a few questions about past experiences in retail and customer facing roles. I was led to believe that Hugo Boss was prompt with their interview process but I only received a response (rejection) almost three months after the interview which I found to be very unprofessional. Makes me feel like I dodged a bullet.
