HERE Technologies Program Manager interview questions

The interview process is not very organized. Only the hiring manager seemed to ask relevant questions about program management. The rest of the interview sessions were not very professional. One of the interviewers spoke through the session for 45 minutes or so.He/she only spoke very well of my resume and how I am a great match, and then asked me only one question about my work experience. Another interviewer from Europe did not seem happy to be interviewing, and asked a few questions and he/she stated "you know what you are talking of and have an impressive resume".
