The interview process is not very organized. Only the hiring manager seemed to ask relevant questions about program management. The rest of the interview sessions were not very professional.
One of the interviewers spoke through the session for 45 minutes or so.He/she only spoke very well of my resume and how I am a great match, and then asked me only one question about my work experience.
Another interviewer from Europe did not seem happy to be interviewing, and asked a few questions and he/she stated "you know what you are talking of and have an impressive resume".

You talk to lots of people from teams . I think I had 5 or 6 1 hour Interviews. Pretty professional. Only if all agree, you get hired as to make sure you're a good fit for the company. It is an exhausting day, but you get a really good Picture of the people working there.

Interview
The recruiter was not very astute about the role or its requirements. However, the interview committee was comprised of really intelligent folks who provided a candid description of the organization and it's complexities.
