HCLTech Team Leader interview questions

There were total of 4 Rounds, which includes below mentioned processes:- 1. HR Round - Introduction round with HR to check the communication and personality along with matched technical skills. 2. Technical-1 (Totally dependent on your technology) 3. Technical-2 (Same as above) 4. HR Round for compensation (This takes time because straight away they don't provide you handsome hike)

Will make you wait for more than 4 hrs, there are hr and operations round . All depends and CV data and how you justify and handle the questions . Strict background verification done which might take more than three months
