HCLTech Team Lead interview questions

2 technical rounds and 1 Manager round, and 1HR round for final round 1. First round done as telephonic for 1 hour 2. Second Round done as Video conferencing for around 1 hour 3. Third round also on video conferencing around 30 minutes 4, Fourth round which is HR round is done on phone for 20 minutes.

Very smooth and highly professional. People know the business and technology and were very helpful as well. Please be careful in not lying anything to the interviewer because that is the only thing the company and people hate in HCL. Be open and confident in whatever you know and you will be through.
