The hiring process was on campus Interview. It started of with the aptitude test, testing general aptitude and math of candidates. Then the candidates were shortlisted for the personal interview (There was no group discussion).
During the interview, initially HR questions were asked like: Tell me about yourself, What are your short/long term goals? What is your life ambition? They also asked some behavioral questions like: What would you do in a situation where you have an important meeting with the client and your first date with your girl of your dreams on the same day?
Then it was followed by few technical questions on programming: How do you define classes, objects and methods and a real time example for the same, Basics of pointers, etc. I expected the interview to be much longer but it was for about 10-15 minutes. The interviewers started asking questions only after they were sure that the candidates were not nervous.
