HCLTech Software Developer interview questions

Hiring Process was easy and I was selected through campus,but later I came to know that original HCL was also a fraud company. After selection they told us to write FRP exams the results of which were not announced,but even those who did not write FRP exams continue to get DOJ till this day.What is the point in sending DOJ to people who are not interested .I hope they are not thinking that others will leave their better jobs for a fraud company like HCL. When they came for campus hiring they said all be hired by August 2012 and will get their prefered location,but beware now it is October 2013 and most people form south are sent to North and North people are sent to South to reduce number of joinees. They tell campus hires that they do not have business requirement but hire many people through offcampus to fill up the post.
