HCL Hiring process take 3 months, and There are a total 3 rounds 2 is technical and 1 HR discussion. But HR is very unresponsible. in HR rounds of discussion, she gave me a 30 percent hike on the current CTC, and after that, she rejected me and said you should accept a high CTC.
