I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HCLTech (Noida) in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview process was very poorly managed. It was a walk-in and there were several 100s of candidates available. The HRs were not at all responsible and good at managing the candidates. I arrived at the venue at 9:30 sharp in the morning and They made me wait till 5 pm evening. After multiple requests made to the HR to get my interview scheduled on time as I had to travel out of station back ,he asked the interviewer to take my interview. I went inside and the person sitting there was not at all interested in asking any questions. Just for the sake of my several requests he asked me 5 questions on count and I answered them but the interviewer didn't seem interested in my answers. He constantly kept checking his mobile phone and smiled on seeing the messages on his phone. And in between 1 of my answers he asked me to stop and said that he is done with the interview and that u could leave then. I asked him that shall I wait for the second round he said no you just leave .
Such a deplorable state of management and the entire process. Even after making candidates wait for 7-8 hours they are just asking them to leave and were not at all interested.
