Smooth and good everything work very well. I got proper response from Hiring team and my cluster manager they even help me for my visa. The way hendling the candidates is very smooth but you need Japanese and English skill though. You must speak fluent English and business level of soft and polite Japanese that is morst important in terms of hiring in HCL japan
