Interviewers asked relevant, scenario-based questions instead of random ones. The flow felt smooth which meant clear agenda (intro, technical, behavioral, Q&A). The company has a mature recruitment process. I was asked deep SAP MM/S/4HANA functional questions, which meant they saw my background as relevant. They didn’t spend time “screening basics” → instead focused on my project experience.
