Interview
first round is phone screening with HR. It was about sharing the job details and getting to know what my career has been. second was technical writing test where you are required to show your IT literacy and knowledge, and demonstrate your troubleshooting skills.

What is your motivation for this position? What was the most challenging experience in the last company? How did you tackle that problem? Why did you choose HCL?
Interview was with a team lead. Bery smooth and easy hiring process. Just left after a year cos no salary increment. It became my stepping stone to pursue higher roles externally
First round will be assessment round which you should pass and later HR will schedule your next round with offshore manager, once you pass the next round and you will be schedule for next round with onshore manager
Interview process was smooth. Had an aptitude test, once cleared there was a technical coding interview. That's it my offer was confirmed after clearing both the interviews. Aptitude was conducted at the HCL campus and coding interview was online. Immediately they sent an offer letter after clearing the technical round.
