It was Group discussion at first followed by HR. The results were announced the same day but to get the offer letter we waited for 15 months. Yes thread it right it's Fifteen months.

The interview process is quite confusing and unstructured. It starts with two technical rounds, followed by an HR round. However, even after the HR discussion, there is an additional manager round that is highly technical. The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner.
