The interview process is probably different for every project, but mine went very smoothly and the majority of interviewing was done over the phone. You will first interview the basics with a recruiter, and then they pass that to the manager for the project who will interview you, depending on the project, you may have someone from the client company (who you will really be doing work for) on the call as well. This could change from project to project, so interviews could be in panels / in person as well
