HCLTech Graduate Engineer Trainee interview questions

The hiring process is fair and easy for those who have good communication skills. The first round is Grammar test which had 20 questions and was very easy. Then we had Group Discussion..generally they ask to introduce yourself or you can talk on any topic of your choice for a minute. If you talk about anything fluently for that one minute..you will be easily selected. Then, we had Group Interview. In group interview, they can ask you about anything so please be prepared. The candidates who have good communication skills are only selected. Then we had a technical round which was very easy..basic networking questions were asked. Answer everything with positivity and full of confidence.

I was interviewed through college recruitment. The process took 1 day. There were total of three rounds. First round was written verbal test which I don't know why someone would check your grammar for such a job. Second round was group discussion. Those selected were int he 3rd round which was technical hr round. In this round they asked to write programs which were generally based on strings and arrays.
