HCLTech Full Stack Developer interview questions

-HR call with a description for the company that they hired - tech interview 1h long with general questions about java , spring boot , DI, collections. also about technologies used before

Initially HR contacted me and confirmed my salary expectations. I cleared 2 technical rounds followed by HR discussion and HR confirmed they are going to release offer letter. Later I got a email for document submission but I didn't hear back anything. When I contact the HR they said we are in a process of getting approval and also they negotiate 2lakh form what they have confirmed initially but couldn't get any update and no response from HR for my email. Later they called me and said we didn't get the approvals. My suggestion here if you can't afford please let the candidate know don't make fake promises and at the end blaming someone like management was not approved this budget and all. If it's not approved then how did you confirmed it initially ?
