HCLTech Financial Analyst interview questions

First there will be Written test and then they will conduct a, face to face interview and finally we have to take HR round. Written test is related to aptitude and reasoning. They will ask questions related to stock markets and investment banking in face to face round.

Interview process is easy and smooth. There were 4 rounds of interview : 1. HR round (Generally known as screening of candidate) 2. Mandatory Accounting Test (Its and MCQ test and a very easy one, upto 12th accounting knowledge is enough to clear this round) 3. Ops Round ( Manager's round based on the test and resume) 4. VP Meet (almost a formality, however asks very intelligent and tricky situational questions)
