HCLTech Analyst interview questions

My years of experience have prepared me well for this position. You mentioned that customer service is a big part of this job; I spent three years working in a high-volume call center, answering customer calls, and identifying solutions.

It was quite smooth. Whole process took 3 days. There was three rounds. GD, Technical Interview and HR. Pre placement talk and GD happened on same day followed by Technical interview. After that there was HR interview along with background check.
