I applied online. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
It was one step: 30 minutes interview with UX Researcher From Google. It was concentrated on research methods and techniques. It was somehow nice, but also confusing: before the interview I received a handbook and information how to prepare myself for the interview. Finally interview was totally different and didn't stick to the described process. The UX researcher didn’t introduced herself and did not ask me for the introduction, but started with questions and the whole meeting seemed to be like a “checklist-driven” interview. But questions were interesting and I am happy that I had a chance to talk about my experience with Google researcher. I received very deep feedback one week after the interview, which was very valuable to me and helped me improve and I am sure that I will be better prepared next time.
