Algorithm and data structures problems that increase in difficulty. The first problems are coded online through a custom assessing platform. Then, the interview process continues via video-call questions with Google engineers.

Lots of personality questionnaires, 2 back to back technical interviews where the interviewers were very lovely. In general the interview process is intense but good fun, the issue I have is the lack of feedback.
