Google Software Engineer III interview questions

I applied to the role online though Google Careers. A recruiter from a Randstad Enterprise supporting Google Engineering reached out to me. They sent me a Google Hiring Assessment, which I passed. A couple days later the recruiter emailed me saying that even though I passed the Hiring Assessment, they won't be moving forward with the interview process. The feedback included working on my coding skills even though my coding skills were not tested. As a result of this, I have to wait another 90 days before applying to another job for no fault of my own. This is a total waste of candidate's time. If the recruiter doesn't think the candidate's experience fits the role they applied to, then they shouldn't be asking the candidate to complete a hiring assessment only to reject them later.

The interview experience was very nice, my recruiter had a call with me to talk through what I would expect. I was scheduled for 4 interviews, 3 DSA and 1 Googliness. The first interview was great, I was asked a question similar to merge intervals. The second interview was a graph problem and the third was a string problem. Overrall, I had an amazing experience, the interviewers were kind and super nice to collaborate with.
