Google Senior Technical Program Manager interview questions

Bunch of clowns. Google recruiter reached out to me saying he was interested and asked me to set up a time with him. I confirmed the time and date. I showed up and he was a no show. I emailed him asking politely if he’d like to reschedule. Followed up and still nothing. How bad is it that he reached out to me and ghosted me after we set up a time. The level of disrespect is unbelievable. To top it off the recruiter had only a few months of experience and was previously in a completely unrelated field. I know two TPMs who went thru a similar experience . Got set up for interview and was ghosted. Both also had recruiters who were new. If Google HR is looking at this and wonder why you are struggling to hire, now you know.
