Recruiter screen, then phone interview, then second phone interview, then in person interview. Phone interviews seems to be focused on raw capabilities and skill sets. No emphasis is given to past experience. More focus on the technical side than the expected.
Phone screen with recruiter. She described the role at a high level and offered to connect me to another PM for an informal chat. I spoke with the PM and it was great to better understand the culture and the expectations of what a PM does at Google.
