1. Technical round - asking a range of questions related to the role, specifically around cloud services and capabilities
2. Consultation Round - Focused on questions that are open-ended and operated similar to case-studies, with the goal of understanding critical thinking and problem solving skill
3. Behavioural round - understand your approach to solving day-to-day challenges in a team scenario

Question 1
Design a system architecture for a social media app
I applied online. I interviewed at Google in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process went quite smoothly with 4 interviews (one of them being a presentation). It was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. I passed the interviews and got a positive feedback, but the role was put on hold for months and then cancelled so overall I was disappointed. However, once you pass the interviews the feedback remains available for 12 months for similar roles at the same level, if one opens up in the same location.

Question 1
Typical behavioral questions + general cloud knowledge. The technical questions were very broad
Recruiter Screen followed by technical and behavioral interviews. The questions were simple. However, I got a feedback that I need to repeat RRK round only after 6months for similar roles.

Le processus de recrutement chez Google commence par une candidature en ligne. Ensuite, les candidats passent plusieurs entretiens, souvent avec des questions techniques et comportementales, avant d'être évalués sur leur adéquation à la culture de l'entreprise.
