Interview
After the application it took 2 months before the HR team got back to me, and then it took 2 weeks to do the interviews and 4 weeks to hear from them. One HR interview about basic qualifications and motivation, followed by 3 interviews with team members and potential managers (from the same or different teams). All interviewers very very professional but the last one (who ate organic matters from his nose?!)

You have a portfolio of 55 customers, and you only've reached 60% of your target, how to do organise your work to achieve 100% of your target.
the process is very fast. i got 4 rounds of interview within 2 weeks, and got the feedback right after each round of interviews. sometimes its depends on the chemistry between you and the interviewer.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
