I have a sales background but I didn’t even make it pass the phone screening lol i guess they didn’t like my answer to their behavioral question. They asked about my background and why I would be a good fit. Everything was fairly easy until the behavioral question. I guess I don’t know what they were looking for

If you had a meeting in an hour and had a lot of unread emails. What would you do?
The process was pretty easy and straight forward. Depending on level usually a couple rounds of interviews but just depends. We’re all done virtually and less than one hour. Very responsive during whole process.
Challenging. Structured. Three questions. Requires structured answers. Emphasis on role related knowledge and cognitive ability. Very relevant to role. I would do case studies and have examples of oast experiences written in an understandable form as reference

Professional and quick response, the recruiter is willing to help you at all the questions. it takes total 4 rounds of interviews and quick move to the offer. Overall the experices are quite good
