Interview
I had 2 phone interviews, 3 onsite interviews in dublin and 1 final hangout session with a manager.
All in all, it was a very smooth process and even though the process takes some time, Google always provides you with a lot of information about where you are in the process.

Phone screening with recruiter, 3 interviews with hiring manager, 45 mins each. Hiring managers were testing role related knowledge, Googleyness, and general cognitive ability. It took around a month for the entire process

4 stages, with different objectives in each stage. Some more connected to role, more on behavior and some on logic and processes. In general they provide materials to support you on the interview process. You can also research online and find people helping you with structures.

5 rounds with managers and team members and different interview style types. Each interview was between 30 - 45 minutes. The hiring manager was the last interview and then it went to a panel.
