Interview
First, there was a 30-minute HR screen, followed by a scheduled technical interview. However, the process turned out to be disorganized. The interviewer did not show up for the technical interview, and it took another week to reschedule. No one provided an explanation for the incident; they simply informed me that the interview would be rescheduled.
The interview process was smooth and enjoyable, focusing on problem-solving skills and a technical project discussion. The interviewers were welcoming and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to engage openly. Their friendly, supportive demeanor added to the positive experience, allowing me to showcase my skills confidently. Overall, it was a well-structured and pleasant process that left a great impression.
